Take your climbing to new heights with our Adult Improvers Monday Night sessions at Eden Rock Bouldering. Covering various topics of technique and climbing movement. Join us every Monday from 7:30pm to 9:00pm and start reaching your climbing goals. Economy of Movement (suitable for beginners) 02/12/24 Session Prep & Warming Up 09/12/24 Finding Static Balance 16/12/24 Dynamic Movement Intermediate (recommended climbing grade 3-4) 06/01/25 Technical Footwork 13/01/25 Projecting 20/01/25 Strength & Power 27/01/25 Movement Analysis Developing Skills (recommended climbing grade 4/5+) 03/02/25 Training: Climbing on Wood 10/02/25 Flow & Confidence 17/02/25 Training: Power Endurance *Please note, the cost per session is additional to regular entry fee

Cancellation Policy
Where cancellation takes place 14 days or more prior to the date of your booking, a full refund will be given. Where cancellation takes place between 7 and 14 day prior to the date of your booking 50% of your total booking fee will be forfeited. Where cancellation takes place less than 7 days prior to the date of your booking, 100% of your total booking fee will be forfeited.
